What is Liposomal?
Liposome is a nano embedding technology. The outer layer of liposome is a phospholipid bilayer, the inner layer is wrapped with active ingredients, just like a coconut, and the hollow part is water-soluble active ingredients. Compared with the traditional way of absorbing active ingredients, liposomes have their own unique absorption path in the human body. Since the human cell membrane is also a phospholipid bilayer structure, the structure of the liposome is similar to it, so the liposome form in the human body is easier to penetrate the cell membrane and enter the human blood, and it is easier to carry effective ingredient into the human body for circulation.

Active substance content
Liposomal is a kind of encapsulation technology. It is different from pure active ingredients. The active ingredients contained in it cannot be 99% pure. Therefore, a higher active ingredient content indicates that it has better quality. Generally, We require that the powdered liposome content exceeds 70% and the liquid liposome content exceeds 50%.

As one of the current industry standards, liposome products need to be able to clearly see their vesicle structure under an electron microscope. Originally spherical vesicles should show round or oval spots under a planar image, and can clearly to see the hollow structure inside.
Liposomal particle size
Liposomes are a kind of spherical vesicles distributed in the liposome medium. The diameter of the vesicle sphere is called the particle size of the liposome. Only when the particle size reaches below 180nm, it is considered to be an effective nanoparticle encapsulated liposomes. In terms of absorption, the smaller the particle size, the easier it is to penetrate the human body's cell membrane. The smallest particle size we can achieve for all liposomes is 10-20nm.

Keep the content of active ingredients in liquid liposomes above 50% and the content in powder liposomes above 70%. When the market is trying liposomes, higher content means better publicity effect.

Particle Size
Generally, we require that the particle size of liposomes should be more than 80% below 20nm. The difficulty of making liposomes is different for different active ingredients, and the resulting particle sizes may be somewhat different. Specific standards can be specified based on actual conditions after research and development.

Electron Micrographs Are Available
After the liposomes are prepared, we provide a third-party testing report to test the content of the active ingredients and take electron microscope photos that meet the standards to demonstrate the morphology of the liposomes.
